What you will do
- Support product operations initiatives by reviewing product configurations and pricing logic in Salesforce CPQ.
- Collaborate on royalty obligations projects by reviewing product and SKU data for accurate tracking.
- Present analysis, insights, and improvement proposals clearly to stakeholders.
- Gather and structure data from Salesforce, Excel, and internal documentation.
- Work closely with Product Operations, Product Management, and Finance teams to collect feedback and clarify requirements.
- Document findings, processes, and recommendations for reuse.
Requirements
- English: at least B2 level required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to support decisions.
- Confidence in presenting findings and recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and remote collaboration tools like MS Outlook and MS Teams.
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, Salesforce, Tableau, and Jira is a strong plus.
- Ambitious, well-organized, and committed mindset with ownership of work.
