What you will do
- Build, develop, and maintain Unity frontend and backend services to support tools and automation workflows driven by intelligent systems.
- Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance features that integrate with existing game codebases and infrastructure.
- Develop and support custom Unity editor tools to streamline repetitive tasks and integrate AI services.
- Develop and optimize server-side applications and microservices that power AI features, data processing, and real-time analytics.
- Work closely with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate machine learning models and advanced AI techniques.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to determine feasibility, integration points, and return on investment.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience in full stack development, preferably within a gaming setting.
- More than one year of professional experience in AI and Automation development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Unity (C#) with proven experience crafting editor tools, game modules, or liveops features.
- Strong backend development experience with a modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, Django, Express).
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and crafting RESTful APIs or microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.).
- Work authorization for Spain required; visa sponsorship not available.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) or integrating third-party AI services.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including serverless computing, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with gaming analytics, real-time multiplayer systems, or other liveops-related technologies.
