Telehealth Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Only)
Location: Remote (U.S.-Based Only)
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 base salary (Full-Time)
Schedule Options: Full-Time or Part-Time
Minimum Commitment: 12 hours/week minimum
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Only)

Weekend Coverage Requirement
Weekend shift coverage is currently 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. MT
Additional weekend hours are being added for flexibility
Physicians must work at least 2 weekend days per month (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to:
Provide comprehensive virtual outpatient care via video and chat-based visits
Manage patients across varying levels of acuity and clinical complexity
Deliver accurate diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations in a telehealth setting
Collaborate with specialists and broader care teams for rapid consults and referrals
Utilize integrated tools to coordinate labs, imaging, prescriptions, and continuity of care within patient networks
Maintain an empathetic, patient-centered approach with strong communication across digital channels
Practice efficiently in a modern environment supported by operational workflows and AI-enabled administrative support
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered for interview.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine ONLY
U.S.-based physician (U.S. medical education and clinical training required)
Active medical licensure across multiple states, covering a meaningful portion of the U.S. population
Strong clinical foundation with a proven track record of high-quality outpatient care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong patient connection on video and chat
Commitment to at least 12 hours per week of clinical availability
Ability to support weekend coverage requirements (minimum 2 weekend days/month)
Strong interest in telehealth and next-generation virtual care delivery
Immediate Disqualifiers:
Any history of malpractice or pending legal/claim review
Physicians trained or based outside of the United States
Specialty backgrounds outside Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Differentiators)
Candidates with the following will be viewed as standout applicants:
5–10 years of total clinical experience
2+ years of telehealth experience in a high-volume virtual care environment
Licensure in large-population states (e.g., CA, TX, FL, NY)
Curiosity and enthusiasm for clinical innovation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable outpatient access models
Strong alignment with mission-driven, early-stage healthcare environments
