What you will do
- Identify root causes of hardware, firmware, or data processing issues and drive corrective actions.
- Oversee daily operational processes for IoT services throughout their complete lifecycle.
- Improve overall reliability and user experience of methane monitoring products.
- Provide feedback to R&D, product management, and support teams based on operational findings.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to resolve complex technical inquiries.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (FH, TU, or ETH).
- Experience in software disciplines and basic hardware understanding.
- Strong affinity for IoT platforms, scripting (e.g., Python), data analysis, and databases.
- Proficiency with Jira JSM for task tracking.
- Experience in working directly with hardware, equipment, and in-field environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
