What you will do

  • Identify root causes of hardware, firmware, or data processing issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Oversee daily operational processes for IoT services throughout their complete lifecycle.
  • Improve overall reliability and user experience of methane monitoring products.
  • Provide feedback to R&D, product management, and support teams based on operational findings.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to resolve complex technical inquiries.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (FH, TU, or ETH).
  • Experience in software disciplines and basic hardware understanding.
  • Strong affinity for IoT platforms, scripting (e.g., Python), data analysis, and databases.
  • Proficiency with Jira JSM for task tracking.
  • Experience in working directly with hardware, equipment, and in-field environments.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
