What you will do

  • Architect, implement, and maintain backend services for file storage, permissions synchronization, and third-party integrations at enterprise scale.
  • Design event-driven systems for real-time permission propagation meeting compliance SLAs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, security, and compliance teams on sensitive data access projects.
  • Lead migration efforts ensuring zero-downtime rollouts for production firms.
  • Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
  • Build AI-powered capabilities for intelligent file processing and metadata extraction.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Java, Python, or C++ and relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex cross-team projects.
