What you will do
- Architect, implement, and maintain backend services for file storage, permissions synchronization, and third-party integrations at enterprise scale.
- Design event-driven systems for real-time permission propagation meeting compliance SLAs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, security, and compliance teams on sensitive data access projects.
- Lead migration efforts ensuring zero-downtime rollouts for production firms.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Build AI-powered capabilities for intelligent file processing and metadata extraction.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Java, Python, or C++ and relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex cross-team projects.
