What you will do
- Manage litigation and regulatory investigations for Coinbase across a range of practice areas.
- Develop and execute Coinbase's worldwide litigation strategy and tactics.
- Track, investigate, prepare evidentiary presentations, and litigate lawsuits and regulatory matters.
- Draft and file pleadings and briefs as needed.
- Engage and manage outside counsel.
- Work collegially and supportively with other members of the legal team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of litigation or regulatory investigation experience.
- Experience managing and successfully resolving strategic litigation.
- Experience with regulatory investigations and financial regulatory enforcement actions.
- Experience with third-party subpoenas from regulatory agencies.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Member of a US state bar in good standing.
- Occasional travel required.
