What you will do

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers who are a good fit for KnowBe4’s products and services.
  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads.
  • Develop and implement outbound prospecting and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches.
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan, including email and call scripts.
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com and Salesloft.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Good computer skills, including experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in Romanian.
