Position Summary

SnappyCX is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Coordinator to join our client’s care coordination team. This is a fully-remote, full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance auditing and a solid understanding of medical and credentialing requirements for nurses and caregivers. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all employee files, licenses, and certifications meet regulatory standards and agency policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of clinical staff files to ensure full compliance with DOH, Joint Commission, and company requirements.
  • Verify and track all medical and credentialing documents for nurses, including physicals, PPDs/Quant, titers, immunizations, RN/LPN licenses, CPR certifications, malpractice insurance, and background checks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance databases and personnel records.
  • Follow up with staff to obtain missing, expired, or updated documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and Nursing departments to ensure that only compliant staff are cleared for work.
  • Monitor expiration dates and send renewal reminders for medical and licensure documentation.
  • Generate and distribute compliance reports as required.
  • Support the HR Compliance Manager with any additional projects or tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR compliance, credentialing, or auditing within a healthcare or clinical staffing environment (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of medical and credentialing requirements for nurses and caregivers, including licenses, immunizations, physicals, and background checks.
  • Knowledge of agency compliance standards, ability to maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow up consistently and professionally with staff regarding documentation needs.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, including tracking expirations and coordinating documentation updates.
