What you will do

  • Manage the digital communications team, including direct reports and external agency partners.

  • Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting structures to measure business impact.
  • Oversee crisis communication protocols for all social and digital channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, PR, and Content teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Requirements
