What you will do

  • Define and evolve brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity across global markets.
  • Lead creative team including designers, copywriters, and motion specialists.
  • Oversee creative output across all channels: campaigns, digital, social, content, events.
  • Partner with regional marketing leaders to adapt global brand for local markets.
  • Drive creative excellence while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years experience in brand and creative leadership roles.
  • Proven track record developing and managing brands in regulated industries (financial services preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative excellence across multiple campaigns.
  • Extensive experience managing creative teams of varying sizes and disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of global brand management with demonstrated experience adapting for local markets.
  • Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
