What you will do
- Create and maintain high-quality texture graphs and materials using Substance Designer.
- Produce benchmark materials to establish visual standards for game environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient material pipelines.
- Develop and manage an extensive material library for studio-wide use.
- Assist with 3D modeling and UV mapping tasks as part of the high/low poly workflow.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in game art production, specifically for props and environment art.
- Expert-level proficiency in Substance Designer.
- Strong technical skills in Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
- Excellent understanding of environment art texel allocation and UV mapping techniques.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine and related plugin workflows.
- Good communication skills and a strong eye for art.
