What you will do

  • Create and maintain high-quality texture graphs and materials using Substance Designer.
  • Produce benchmark materials to establish visual standards for game environments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient material pipelines.
  • Develop and manage an extensive material library for studio-wide use.
  • Assist with 3D modeling and UV mapping tasks as part of the high/low poly workflow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in game art production, specifically for props and environment art.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Substance Designer.
  • Strong technical skills in Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
  • Excellent understanding of environment art texel allocation and UV mapping techniques.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine and related plugin workflows.
  • Good communication skills and a strong eye for art.
