What you will do

  • Lead data analytics, gathering needs and proposing tailored solutions for game, UA, and monetization teams.
  • Define and manage the data analytics roadmap according to studio priorities and business needs.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data relevance, optimize flows, and manage new data source requirements.
  • Automate key dashboards and reports, ensuring data reliability and visualization accuracy.
  • Manage and mentor team members, supporting their growth and promoting best practices.
  • Promote a data-driven culture across the studio and train operating teams on data tools.

Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst in the video game industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to conduct analysis and present insights to clients and top management.
  • Autonomous, proactive, with a doer mindset and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Cloud experience (ideally Azure).
  • Experience in Machine Learning.
  • Experience in Big Data.
  • Open to new approaches and sharing ideas.
