What you will do
- Assist the Head of the Firm with the management of business operations for the Firm in Europe.
- Manage the daily business operations of the company in Europe, working closely with all local and global functions.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Ensure outsourced services are provided in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Finance, Head of Risk, Head of Compliance, and Internal Audit.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with at least 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Proven COO/Head of Operations experience in an EU-regulated firm, preferably under HCMC or similar authority.
- Deep knowledge of ESMA and HCMC regulations, guidance, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to translate group and central requirements into practical, compliant local solutions.
- Good understanding of regulated financial services functions (Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit, Outsourcing).
