What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end DSAR and individual rights request workflows, including intake, verification, scoping, and response drafting.
  • Design and improve an auditable privacy program balancing legal, operational, and security requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance data mapping and retrieval processes.
  • Build and maintain procedural documentation and metrics for audit readiness.
  • Provide training and support to cross-functional partners on privacy operations and compliance best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in security, privacy, risk, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, BIPA, and HIPAA data privacy laws.
  • Proven ability to manage varying priorities and diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in external-facing roles.
  • Experience in building trust through successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
