What you will do

  • Lead audience testing and oversee quality assurance framework for communications on proprietary marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and engineers to review technical documentation and build test strategies aligned with requirements.
  • Translate campaign requirements into structured test plans, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Partner with data teams, solution architects, and IT to ensure system integration, data accuracy, and campaign readiness.
  • Identify operational risks and dependencies impacting testing and campaign delivery, suggesting mitigation plans.
  • Build and lead a team of QA analysts, coaching performance and growing automation capabilities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States with reliable high-speed internet and suitable home work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • 8–12+ years in data management, business intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with SAS or Python is a plus.
  • Experience leading teams of Data analysts and QA professionals in campaign operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
