What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs/BDRs to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and refine outbound playbooks, including cold calling, email sequences, and social selling strategies.
  • Manage top-of-funnel pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards in HubSpot to identify and address bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead quality and seamless hand-off processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring pre-sales teams (SDR/BDR).
  • Proficiency in English is necessary for reporting to global stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
