What you will do

  • Own end-to-end design for defined product areas or features, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Design intuitive workflows and interfaces for low-code/no-code automation, including builders, logic flows, data mapping, integrations, and AI-assisted capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to understand requirements, explore solutions, and align design work with product objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with quality.
  • Translate AI-powered features into usable, understandable experiences with clear user control and feedback.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent and interaction.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing, applying insights to improve designs.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency within your product area.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products.
  • Experience designing complex SaaS applications, preferably in low-code/no-code platforms, automation/workflow/integration tools, or systems-heavy technical products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product features, solid interaction design and UX problem solving, and high-quality visual and UI execution.
  • Experience contributing to AI-enhanced product features (e.g., assistants, recommendations, smart defaults).
  • Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction patterns, and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and working within a design system.
