Location: Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship. iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace; employees local to Bellevue, WA or New York, NY offices will work a hybrid schedule (1-3 days/week in office), while those further away will work a fully remote schedule within the US.
Salary: $87,930 - $108,160 USD Annually

What you will do
- Draft, review, and assist in sign-off of documents including sales agreements and operational process documentation.
- Manage task and project lifecycles from initiation to completion, tracking contracts and maintaining an organized document repository.
- Build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders like Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Legal, Accounting, and Product.
- Provide project management and administrative support for documenting cross-functional business processes and updating company files.
- Conduct ongoing data and system reviews, performing corrections and data entry to maintain accurate customer and business data.
- Identify bottlenecks in revenue operations processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in managing contracts or similar admin functions (deal desk, accounting clerk, project management, office admin).
- 1-3 years of experience in advertisement technology or a related field.
- Experience in writing and discussing agreement, proposal, and statement of work documents for technology services.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with and support technologies such as DocuSign, Salesforce CPQ, and JIRA.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in consulting services partnering with sales teams to draft complex customer agreements.
- Operations or Admin support experience; excitement for learning new things and curiosity to research.
- Training, story-telling or communications background.
