Requirements
- College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma (but should have at least 5 years functional experience)
- Mut have at least 3-4 years BPO experience in Quote Renewals, Retention, Customer Service, or other related roles
- Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred
- Experienced with MS Excel for reporting and tracking
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Average to Good English communication skills
- Willing to work on day shift (SG time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
