What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective small business customers through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and deliver consultative value-led sales presentations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets through effective sales execution.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales organization to share insights and improve messaging and processes.
  • Act as a professional, values-led brand ambassador within your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, with field-based experience highly preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence is mandatory for this field-based position.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a mobile territory effectively.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage new customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Fluency in English.
