What you will do
- Design and execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans.
- Act as a key liaison between internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Oversee corporate structuring, entity setup, and banking relationships, ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
- Provide leadership and oversight to operational team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in business operations, ideally within fintech, digital assets, venture investing, or high-growth technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret operational data into strategic decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience establishing and refining operational processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and digital assets.
