Location: This position will be located in Chicago and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 4 days a week in-office. Salary: $65,000–$114,000

What you will do

  • Leverage GenAI tools and develop agents to enhance team productivity and analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to the development of new procedures and support senior team members on high-impact projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Spring 2026 graduate preferred).
  • Experience using GenAI tools and creating agents.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Curiosity about financial markets and derivatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working in Databricks.
  • Background in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Visualization Design.
