Location: This position will be located in Chicago and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 4 days a week in-office. Salary: $65,000–$114,000

What you will do
- Analyze market trends, trading activity, and competitive dynamics to support product strategy decisions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports using Python, SQL, and BI tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development of new procedures and support senior team members on high-impact projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Spring 2026 graduate preferred).
- Experience using GenAI tools and creating agents.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong writing and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Curiosity about financial markets and derivatives.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working in Databricks.
- Background in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Visualization Design.
