What you will do

  • Manage recruitment project deliverables end to end ensuring quality and SLA adherence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in project delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a recruitment delivery team across the APJ region.
  • Prepare and participate in project reviews and reporting for clients and senior management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data updates and quality checks in project systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
  • 10+ years recruiting experience with team management across APJ region
  • Experience hiring for Technology, Sales, and Corporate functions in tech sector preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, SLAs, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
