What you will do

  • Perform wafer cleaning, coating, and alignment using mask aligners in a class 100 cleanroom environment.
  • Conduct metal and dielectric deposition, etching, baking, and annealing processes.
  • Carry out tool calibrations and design of experiments (DOE) runs.
  • Analyze process data and generate reports to support process improvements.
  • Work flexible hours including partial second shift coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years experience with contact/stepper lithography, e-beam evaporation, sputtering, lift-off process, RTP, furnace anneal, ALD, PECVD, RIE, and ICP processes.
  • BS degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Work onsite in California, USA.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
