What you will do
- Perform wafer cleaning, coating, and alignment using mask aligners in a class 100 cleanroom environment.
- Conduct metal and dielectric deposition, etching, baking, and annealing processes.
- Carry out tool calibrations and design of experiments (DOE) runs.
- Analyze process data and generate reports to support process improvements.
- Work flexible hours including partial second shift coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years experience with contact/stepper lithography, e-beam evaporation, sputtering, lift-off process, RTP, furnace anneal, ALD, PECVD, RIE, and ICP processes.
- BS degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Work onsite in California, USA.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
