What you will do
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for Puzzleplay and related game clients.
- Design metric logic, build aggregate tables, and own data modelling for high-scale reporting.
- Write custom SQL rules to detect suspicious user flows and fraudulent behavior.
- Lead investigations into metric irregularities using data from multiple sources.
- Create business-facing documentation including metric definitions and data dictionaries.
- Collaborate with UA, Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to incorporate new data sources and metrics.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Minsk, Belarus
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools and advanced SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts.
- Experience in data analytics and BI roles delivering metrics and dashboards.
- Proven or strong interest in developing fraud detection heuristics or rules.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
- Experience with Looker APIs.
- Background in mobile app, ad tech, or gaming industries.
