What you will do

  • Lead and grow the Insights discipline for the Riftbound game.
  • Ensure Riftbound products and strategies are effectively measured and contribute to continuous learning.
  • Partner with product ecosystem leadership to inform strategic and product choices.
  • Monitor game health (engagement, retention, monetization, sentiment, player experience) and provide recommendations.
  • Serve as a critical advisor for Riftbound’s leadership team and advocate for players' needs.
  • Develop and implement the vision, roadmap, and operational strategy for the Insights team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics, research, business strategy, management consulting, or product management.
  • Professional experience in both analytics and research, with 5+ years specializing in at least one.
  • 4+ years of professional experience managing individuals and teams.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, USA.
  • Strong understanding of player empathy and game experiences.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience working on games, especially with TCGs (Trading Card Games).
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and game publishing activities.
  • Professional experience managing managers.
  • Knowledge of game lifecycle and game economy considerations.
