What you will do
- Facilitate and coordinate onboarding programs for new hires in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Ensure adherence to structured 30, 60, and 90-day learning paths with clear success benchmarks.
- Organize live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and role-play exercises.
- Develop and update onboarding materials in collaboration with SMEs.
- Partner with enablement leaders and sales managers to deliver relevant training and gather feedback.
- Monitor onboarding engagement and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL with office attendance 3 days per week.
- 4+ years experience in sales enablement, training, or instructional design.
- Experience supporting onboarding for sales/customer roles in B2B SaaS or IT sales.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Proficiency with enablement tools such as LMS, CMS, and sales readiness platforms.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
