What you will do

  • Drive monetisation and revenue growth by engaging and educating partners on Fresha’s platform and payments solution.
  • Manage a dedicated pool of partner accounts, advising on product adoption and optimising marketplace listings.
  • Build strong partner relationships through video meetings and effective communication of platform benefits.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure smooth partner transitions and provide product feedback.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell Fresha’s platform features.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Qatar and work on-site
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory
  • Proven experience in partner-facing commercial roles with a focus on sales and account growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse data to improve commercial outcomes and meet targets.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
