What you will do

  • Provide 24/7 incident support for the Enterprise Cloud infrastructure estate.
  • Deploy changes and implement service requests to maintain infrastructure health.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex infrastructure faults.
  • Troubleshoot high-impact incidents in coordination with Application Support and Service Management teams.
  • Monitor and maintain the stability of Windows, Unix, and virtualized server environments.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing Linux operating systems via command line.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of Incident and Change Management processes.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to professional growth and process improvement.
  • Must be available for 12-hour shift patterns on an 8-day cycle including nights.

Nice to have

  • Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Solaris, or HPUX environments.
