What you will do
- Lead the delivery and operations of AI Cloud services, ensuring performance and availability.
- Manage multisite operations across North America and Europe, coordinating deployment and lifecycle management.
- Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, supporting account plans and renewals.
- Manage and develop a global, matrixed team spanning operations, program management, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with Datacenters, Platform Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years in service delivery, operations, program management, or business management within IT, cloud, or infrastructure services.
- Experience leading global, distributed, and matrixed teams.
- Background supporting customer-facing services with operational accountability.
- Strong people leadership and operational management skills.
