What you will do

  • Lead the delivery and operations of AI Cloud services, ensuring performance and availability.
  • Manage multisite operations across North America and Europe, coordinating deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, supporting account plans and renewals.
  • Manage and develop a global, matrixed team spanning operations, program management, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Datacenters, Platform Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–10+ years in service delivery, operations, program management, or business management within IT, cloud, or infrastructure services.
  • Experience leading global, distributed, and matrixed teams.
  • Background supporting customer-facing services with operational accountability.
  • Strong people leadership and operational management skills.
