What you will do

  • Source, attract, and engage top talent for technical and consulting positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Track recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to independently build and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Proven experience recruiting technical profiles (Data, AI, Software Engineering).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools; familiarity with Workable is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align closely with hiring managers and drive processes forward.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving hiring priorities.
  • English: Fluent; Spanish, French, or German are a plus.
