What you will do

  • Ensure operational support meets rigorous service level agreements for critical HR talent platforms.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT leadership to align enterprise capabilities with evolving business needs.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through influential communication and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery teams for complex business functions.
  • Expertise in core HR platforms including HCM, Learning, Talent, and People Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Workday is required.
  • Proven ability to define and drive technology strategy within globally distributed Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Leadership experience operating in a center-of-excellence IT delivery model.

  • Experience with Cornerstone, Beamery, or Power BI.
