What you will do

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to anticipate hiring and capability needs, and identify critical roles and succession gaps.
  • Design and implement structured career paths and internal mobility pathways for Engineering & Product teams.
  • Coach managers on performance management and development planning, and provide career progression coaching to employees.
  • Use attrition and engagement data to recommend corrective actions and develop proactive retention plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Product leaders, supporting team dynamics and performance challenges.
  • Work on cross-functional People projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in People Business Partnering within fast-paced or technology-driven environments.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders constructively as a trusted advisor.
  • Data-driven thinker committed to turning HR data into strategic insights.
