What you will do

  • Design and develop scalable voice-enabled interaction solutions.
  • Manage full-lifecycle software development from analysis to deployment.
  • Build and implement RESTful APIs to integrate the voice platform with external systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing codebase with bug fixes and new features.
  • Collaborate with QA teams on test strategies and support teams on troubleshooting.
  • Continuously improve development processes and drive innovation in voice AI technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Go, React, C, C++, or Python.
  • Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MariaDB, or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Linux environments, and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC best practices and API design.

Nice to have

  • Background in voice, NLP, or machine learning technologies.
  • Experience with digital signal processing and audio tools.
  • DevOps skills including GIT, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GDPR and CFR 21 Part 11.
