What you will do
- Work closely with the CDO to design and run transformational programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and drive the transformation forward.
- Define and develop transformational programs in a crawl, walk, run approach.
- Lead and drive the execution of complex digital programs from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.).
- 5+ years of B2B experience, including management consulting with digital experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies in a global B2B setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
