What you will do
- Deploy, manage, and support Azure resources for client projects.
- Act as an escalation point for complex Azure infrastructure issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking components.
- Ensure Azure environments follow best practices for security, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and escalation resolution.
- Document all project implementation steps, configurations, and escalation resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Cloud certifications such as AZ-104 preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Engineering, or Cloud Operations roles.
- Hand-on experience administering Windows Server environments.
- Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals and resource deployment.
- Practical knowledge of Azure automation and tooling using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
