What you will do

- Lead end-to-end execution of analytics projects aligned with key business objectives.
- Transform complex data into compelling insights using advanced data storytelling techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented analytics initiatives.
- Work with data engineering and owners to ensure high data quality, accessibility, and governance.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to maintain high standards of delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in an analytical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure and Databricks.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Solid background in statistical modelling and data management principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
