What you will do

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify specific staffing requirements for 1099 contractors.
  • Source and screen qualified talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media networks.
  • Assess candidate experience, qualifications, and cultural fit for diverse project roles.
  • Guide contractors through the hiring lifecycle, from offer negotiation to final contract execution.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with placed contractors to monitor satisfaction and address project issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax, legal, and company requirements for independent contractor assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience specifically recruiting 1099 independent contractors.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a call center or third-party agency environment is preferred.
