What you will do
- Support the Head of CO Optimisation AML in executing strategic AML initiatives.
- Define project scopes and tactical plans following departmental guidelines.
- Participate actively in KYC projects, integrating new tools and providers.
- Drive process improvements to reduce customer friction and manual reviews.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new features before launch.
- Identify technical issues and collaborate with vendors and product owners to resolve them.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus.
- 2–3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in iGaming or regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Solid understanding of Customer Operations and AML compliance.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent qualification.
