What you will do

  • Work closely with senior Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Product teams.
  • Articulate Decagon’s value and support technical evaluations.
  • Contribute to customer success during pre-sales engagements.
  • Learn and use technical tools to build basic product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as solutions consulting, technical support, product specialist, or pre-sales engineering.
  • Have a technical foundation, whether through a software engineering background, CS degree, or hands-on coding experience.
  • Eager to collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer pain points and assist in identifying tailored solutions that drive value.
  • Comfortable learning and using technical tools to build basic product demonstrations, leveraging Decagon’s platform to align with customer use cases.
  • Have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and are excited to learn from experienced team members while contributing to real customer projects.
