What you will do
- Lead the FP&A function through regular budgeting cycles, defining processes and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Produce high quality financial analysis & business partnering to provide insight to decision makers.
- Establish a strong financial framework for assessing strategic investments, including M&A opportunities.
- Build FP&A capability and contribute to the development of individuals within the wider Finance team.
Requirements
- Excellent numerical reasoning & quantitative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentation materials.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of commercial models & unit economics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
