What you will do

  • Develop and execute annual event strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  • Manage full lifecycle of events from large international fintech conferences to smaller partner events.
  • Create networking opportunities during major industry weeks to maximize sales ROI.
  • Define company presence at regional and niche ecosystem events.
  • Own production of digital events and webinars.
  • Manage relationships with global vendors and organizers ensuring premium execution within budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in event management or field marketing with a proven track record in large-scale global B2B events
  • Deep experience in fintech, payments, or crypto event planning
  • Advanced skills in marketing measurement, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong logistical skills managing tight deadlines and complex international shipping.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
