What you will do
- Partner with the Enterprise Technology organization as a trusted finance business partner.
- Manage the month/quarter-end close process, including preparing accruals and reviewing journal entries.
- Prepare monthly financial review packages to review expenses and update forecasts with business partners.
- Conduct monthly forecasting related to headcount, department expenses, CAPEX, corporate allocations and company software spend.
- Apply AI solutions to automate manual, recurring processes and deliverables.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis on spend to understand and align on business and financial goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a FP&A role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build reports and dashboards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Solid accounting/finance experience, including knowledge of GAAP.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting CIO organizations is a plus.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and/or Workday Financials is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and global environment.
