What you will do
- Define and execute end-to-end documentation strategy for technical products.
- Translate complex technical concepts and API integrations into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Support Agile/Scrum processes by participating in sprint planning and PI planning cycles.
- Maintain and optimize content within Confluence and SharePoint platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and application managers to ensure technical accuracy.
- Track progress and manage documentation initiatives using JIRA and Confluence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation strategy, or project management.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or supporting POs in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to document complex technical systems and API integrations.
- Proficiency in Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be able to work on-site in Irving, TX.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMP certification.
- Deep understanding of SDLC frameworks.
