What you will do
- Build and implement a comprehensive annual field marketing and event plan that aligns with sales segment pipeline targets.
- Plan, organize, and execute 5-8 events monthly, including trade shows, conferences, virtual events, and local events.
- Manage budget allocation to maximize the impact and ROI of field marketing activities.
- Maintain an active calendar of events, including contracts and vendor relationships.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including email marketing, sales, and demand generation for cohesive marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze the performance of field marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in event management, field marketing, or a related role.
- Ability to build and maintain performance forecasts and report on actual results with Tableau and/or Salesforce.
- Understanding of different needs across various event sizes (20 person dinner, 20k attendee tradeshow) and formats (virtual, in-person).
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to events as needed.
