- Collaborate with internal engineers and support teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders to maintain retention and growth.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Extensive experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is required.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft enterprise platforms and general IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to engage business leaders.
- Proven track record in managing technical relationships and strategic planning.
Nice to have
- IT certifications such as Net+, MCP, MCA, MCSE, Cloud, or Firewall.
- Prior experience in roles like IT Project Engineer, Helpdesk management, or IT Sales Consulting.
