What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major online platforms, registrars, and hosting providers.
  • Execute daily partnership operations, including tracking SLAs, partner communications, and resolving takedown escalations.
  • Refine workflows and processes to improve the speed and efficiency of brand infringement remediation.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate partner feedback and capabilities into the platform.
  • Monitor and report on key partnership metrics like takedown success rates and engagement levels.
  • Support the negotiation and management of partner agreements and operational frameworks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in trust and safety at major online platforms, registrars, or hosting providers.
  • Proven professional relationships within the industry that can be leveraged on day one.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships and cross-functional internal projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of abuse reporting, content moderation, and takedown processes.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Cybersecurity, Law, or equivalent experience.
