What you will do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical, operational, and management reports to provide valuable insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making processes related to product parameters, market trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement appropriate data structures for A/B testing, evaluate results, and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing and adhering to data governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, finance, data engineering, and IT to understand requirements and optimize infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics).
  • At least 1 year of experience in creating and maintaining analytical reports, preferably in a business or product analytics role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data structures.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
