What you will do

  • Lead a department of 42 people including 10 direct reports overseeing curriculum production.
  • Manage end-to-end operational delivery of B2B learning programs ensuring on-time high-quality launches.
  • Drive operational planning and scaling to reduce time-to-market for training content.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align curriculum output with strategic goals.
  • Manage budgets, cost structures, and unit economics for curriculum production teams.
  • Implement AI-powered tools and automated content generation within learning workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, program delivery, or curriculum operations within EdTech or HRTech.
  • Proven leadership experience managing managers and large operational teams.
  • Strong background in B2B enterprise or corporate learning environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budget planning, P&L, and cost structures.
  • English proficiency: B2+ required.
  • Ability to work within the European time zone.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered tutoring or content generation tools.
  • Experience managing platform migrations or operational transformations.
  • Proficiency in Russian.
