What you will do
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend systems and APIs.
- Lead full-lifecycle projects from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and maintenance.
- Drive engineering best practices including OOPS, design patterns, and system optimization.
- Ensure 99.99%+ availability and security of production systems through advanced monitoring.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including SREs and Product Managers to deliver platform capabilities.
- Mentor 2–4 engineers and facilitate high-level technical discussions across teams.
Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in building complex backend systems and infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Proven ability to architect scalable High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) system designs.
- Strong experience with RDBMS, caching, distributed queues, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools to optimize engineering velocity and code quality.
